Established in 2000, Traditionally Tuscan is a producer of a range of handcrafted Tuscan dolce inspired by our family connection to Siena , and it is our aim to create authentic Tuscan delicacies using traditional methods and recipes. Our wholesale bakery is based in Christchurch, and we retail our products through a number of specialty food stores throughout New Zealand.
